Banana Breakfast Smoothie

Smoothies are an awesome and delicious way to start the day, Liz’s personal favourite has banana, milk, muesli and a pinch of cinnamon.

However you can choose from a range of healthy ingredients to create classic flavours in seconds! Smoothies will give you the energy to start your day off on the right foot and take on whatever challenges may come your way.

Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Low Fat Milk (500g)
  • 2 Bananas (202g), roughly chopped
  • 1/2 Cups Natural Muesli (55g)
  • 1 Pinches Ground Cinnamon (1g)

Method

1. Place milk, banana, muesli and cinnamon in a blender.

2. Secure lid and blend until smooth and well combined.

3. Pour into 2 glasses and serve.
