- ¼ large avocado, mashed
- ½ roma tomato, seeded, diced
- 1/5 small red capsicum, seeded, diced
- Squeeze lime juice
- 30g shaved turkey breast
- 1 wholegrain wrap
- ½ cup diced watermelon, for snack
- 3 strawberries, halved, for snack
- 200g natural yoghurt, for snack
- 1 tsp sunflower seeds, for snack
1. Combine avocado, tomato, capsicum and lime juice in a small bowl.
2. Place turkey down centre of wrap and top with avocado mixture. Roll firmly to enclose. Cut wrap in half, cover and refrigerate until required.
