What are the Club Visits and Clinics?

Woolworths is here to support young netballers to help them grow healthy, strong and confident through what they eat and the game they love to play.

Applications for Club Visits and Clinics are now closed but in 2019 we activated over 23 community netball games across Australia.

To support the netball community across Australia, Woolworths would LOVE to visit your netball club or association throughout the 2020 season! Keep an eye out on this website for more info.

The aim of us visiting is to provide netball clubs and associations with the ultimate grassroots netball experience.

You can apply for the chance for Woolworths to visit your club’s training session during the week, where you will receive a special visit from a Suncorp Super Netball player, who will provide insights into what it takes to become the best player a girl can be both on and off the court, nutritional tips on how players in the club can grow healthy and grow strong, and provide a skills and drills clinic which will get you a step closer to becoming the best player you can be.

Your local association will benefit also, with Woolworths attending the local match day on Saturday providing the netball community comfortable seating, nutritious fruit and snacks, and fun with smoothie bikes for a refreshing drink after your game.

Woolworths Bus

Woolworths would also like to provide your club and association the chance to have the amazing Woolworths Bus come to your club or association (NSW, QLD, VIC only). Your application also provides you a chance of having the Bus as part of the visit, pending its availability.

If your club is a lucky winner, Woolworths will notify you of the opportunity for this awesome addition!!

Woolworths are offering Club Visits and Clinics across Australia, so it could be on it’s way to your Club or Association!

The Woolworths Bus will be available for Clubs and Associations in the following states:

Things to note before applying for the bus:

  • Make sure you have a space large enough to fit the double decker bus, whether that be a close by car park to the courts or a large space nearby the courts.
  • The bus requires a space 20m wide x 10m deep. The bus is 4.4m with the roof down
  • Make sure there is a clear path for the bus to pull up by making sure the streets are wide enough and there are no low hanging trees, it needs to be able to get to the courts easily.
